Today’s Wakame seaweed soup is inspired by Korean seaweed soup. But we adjusted the ingredients and made it our own way. If it’s a menu that we make ourselves, that’s good because we can adjust it to what we like and what’s convenient for us. Whether we like it or not, we can choose to add food or adjust it to our liking.

How to make soup?
1. Heat a pan with a little oil. Fry the chopped garlic until fragrant.
2. Add pork and stir-fry.
3. When it starts to cook, season with seasoning powder, light soy sauce, and ground pepper to enhance the aroma. You can add salt later if the taste is too bland (we don’t want to add too much seasoning powder and light soy sauce. We don’t want the smell of soy sauce to be too strong).
4. Add wakame seaweed and stir-fry.
5. Add water and continue to boil until the pork is soft or tender.
6. Change from boiling in a pan to boiling in a pot until boiling. Serve.
Dried wakame seaweed needs to be soaked in hot water to expand before it can be eaten raw. If using fresh wakame seaweed, it should be washed and blanched in hot water first to remove dirt.
